A brand new event to combine what we love and have found to be the easiest shortcut to returning to your ecstatic nature. We will guide you on a journey back to the heart of you, through relaxing into your body, dance, breath and connection in community.Each Tantric Awakening journey includes:

 

• Movement to soften and open the body

• Breath and energy practices to move through emotions and shift your state

• Dance to relax into free flow

• Vocal expression to release suppressed energy

• Gentle touch (optional) and connection to ground the ecstatic flow back into your body.

 

Ecstasy comes from the freedom to feel and express yourself and allowing your natural energies to do what they are designed to do.
 

When sexual energy, heart and spirit meet, your life force energies can flow through you and bring a sense of wholeness and aliveness.
 

These energies are so often blocked or restricted, through busyness, mental overload, and our own limiting ideas and fears. When you create space and acceptance for all of yourself you can show up with more joy and love.
 

Come and reconnect, recharge, and be supported in community to awaken to more of the magnificent, powerful and ecstatic being you are.

What to expect/who is this for?

This is an experience to support your inner joy and awakening, with powerful tantric wisdom. There is no nudity, or sexual contact with others.
 

We have some optional touch practices in groups during the final part of the journey which are for the intention of grounding and integrating.
 

This is for anyone with an interest in tantra, sacred sexuality, awakening, and embodied spiritual development. Expect sound, free movement, and powerful energetic expression.
 

If you’ve never been to any conscious events before, we would suggest trying something like ecstatic dance/conscious dance first and if you’re comfortable in those spaces then this event could be suitable.

Date: Saturday October 11th
Times: Arrive from 6.45pm. Doors close & opening circle is at 7pm. The event finishes at 9.30pm, with a chance to stay and chat until 9.45pm.
